The location of the facility at one of the highest points in the city is considered a unique advantage. This was central to its design and architecture from the beginning. It was eventually decided to build the first sunbathing facility in the region and the city within the Abshar Complex so as to increase the enjoyment of the sun by easy access to the pools, Jacuzzi, and the coffee shop and fast food restaurant. It should be added that entertainment features such as pool tables can enhance the sunbathing experience further.
